About the role

Join The Canadian Brewhouse as a Culinary Support team member, working behind the scenes to keep our kitchen running smoothly. No prior experience is required – we provide full training so you can develop your cooking skills and grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily back‑of‑house operations, including food preparation and station setup.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety standards.
• Learn and execute a large menu of in‑house made items.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow crew members.
• Identify solutions to operational challenges rather than focusing on problems.
