Crew Member – Fast‑Casual Restaurant

About the role
Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its fast‑casual restaurants. As a crew member you will help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa and expo.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following food‑safety standards.
- Provide courteous, prompt service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
