About the role
Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. No prior experience is required; you’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station in the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items by hand, including grilling, assembling, and cooking.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the kitchen and dining area.
- Assist with food prep, salsa making, and expo duties.
- Provide courteous, prompt service to guests.
Required profile
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
