Coordinator, Sales and Service

About the role

The Coordinator, Sales & Service supports Holt Renfrew’s Store Support Centre by ensuring seamless execution of client experience programs. You will work closely with store teams, merchants and vendor partners to drive loyalty and elevate the luxury retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Sales & Service programs, documentation, reporting and expense reconciliation.
• Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate program execution, track results, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, internal teams and store staff to drive adoption and performance.
• Oversee client‑experience logistics, including itineraries, budgets and critical schedules.
• Support implementation of key projects such as training programs, launch materials and corporate policies.
• Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities, share best practices and ensure alignment.
• Maintain expertise in Sales & Service tools and support their adoption.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, privacy and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of post‑university work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
