About the role
The Coordinator, Construction Services oversees medium‑complexity construction and professional service contracts, ensuring they meet contractual and quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and client partners to manage daily contract issues and support project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Administer contracts and verify compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
- Resolve day‑to‑day contractual problems and negotiate change orders with client‑partner representatives.
- Monitor schedules, maintain site activity records, and coordinate with site teams and other service lines.
- Manage contract financials, risks, and ensure health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
- Support business development activities and lead consultant construction reviews and third‑party testing.
Required profile
- College diploma in engineering, applied science or related field.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in construction contract administration.
- Preferred certification such as Certified Engineering Technologist.
- Ability to provide functional advice to employees and client partners.
