About the role
The Construction Superintendent will lead all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. This senior‑level position requires strong oversight of daily operations and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed.
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers.
- Manage subcontractors and maintain organized site logistics.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction.
- At least 5 years in construction supervision, capable of leading a crew of 10 or more.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards.
