Construction Painting Supervisor

About the role

True Artist Painters Inc is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to lead interior and exterior painting projects across various construction sites in Calgary. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure high‑quality finishes while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 1‑4 painting workers on daily tasks and project timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule activities, order materials, and requisition equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Mix paint to achieve desired colour, texture, and finish.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Advise clients on colour choices and wall‑covering options.
• Estimate costs and material requirements for each job.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant painting or construction experience.
• Reliability and strong teamwork orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
