Building Maintenance Worker

About the role

The company is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Worker to keep its facilities operating smoothly. The role involves performing routine repairs, safety checks, and supporting tenants and staff across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Contact tradespersons and contractors for major repairs and maintenance.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances and conduct safety and security checks.
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and supervise other workers.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies; carry out routine maintenance such as painting and drywall repair.
• Work with minimal supervision and advertise vacancies as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
