Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead civil works for telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe and compliant construction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil works execution, project schedules, costs, and quality performance.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site pre‑inspections, verification, construction audits, and quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, construction specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Monitor project progress, resolve construction issues, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Review and approve construction documentation, RFDS updates, closeout packages, and acceptance records.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, customers, and field personnel to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage material orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory control.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and promote a safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of construction management experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, site development, quality assurance, contractor management, and project scheduling.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead cross‑functional teams.
