Construction Manager – Infrastructure (Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Construction Manager to lead the construction and logistics planning for the Ontario Line subway project in Toronto. Reporting to the Infrastructure team, you will ensure that all site activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and logistics planning for a dedicated geographical area of the Ontario Line.
• Monitor contractors’ installation sequencing, schedule adherence, labour planning and interface with adjacent contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on constructability and design issues, conducting thorough constructability reviews.
• Supervise health and safety programs, field engineering, contract administration, cost control, schedule management and logistics planning.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Construction Manager with experience in large‑scale infrastructure or rail projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex construction sites.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
