Community Registered Nurse – Evening Shift

About the role

This part‑time, evening‑line position (3 pm‑11 pm) offers a rewarding community nursing experience. As a General Visiting Registered Nurse you will provide in‑home care to patients of all ages, helping them stay comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Use appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate each patient’s individualized needs.
• Develop, execute, and continuously monitor personalized care plans.
• Engage patients through a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust.
• Maintain and update professional patient records related to each encounter and care plan.

Required profile

• Current registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel within a designated area.
• Passion for community care and ability to provide on‑call coverage, including after‑hours.
