Commercial Site Superintendent

About the role

Gerry Enns Contracting is seeking a Commercial Superintendent with experience in commercial and residential construction to lead site operations from mobilization through closeout across the Fraser Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily logs of construction activities and update project schedules.
• Conduct weekly site meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations.
• Supervise field staff and trade partners, ensuring safety and quality.
• Perform daily walkthroughs for quality assurance and upload site photos.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Prepare handover documentation and warranty packages for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent.
• Strong computer skills for stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Current First Aid certification (asset).
