About the role
Join the Nespresso boutique team in Burlington as a Coffee Specialist. You will act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers with product knowledge and enthusiasm for Nespresso coffees.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store targets through upselling and coaching sessions.
- Participate in daily briefings to understand objectives and deliverables.
- Promote Nespresso’s sustainability mission by educating customers.
Required profile
- Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and the Nespresso brand.
- 1‑2 years experience in a fast‑paced retail or sales environment.
- Proven excellence in sales and customer service.
- Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand all day and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
