About the role

Join the Nespresso boutique team as a Part‑Time Coffee Specialist at Vaughan Mills. You will act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily briefings to understand objectives and meet deliverables.
• Engage in coaching sessions, upsell products, and reinforce brand messaging.
• Provide the best customer experience by leveraging product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Create a positive brand experience for all stakeholders.
• Educate customers on Nespresso’s sustainability mission.
• Maintain store standards and achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, sustainability and a desire to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
• 1‑2 years experience in a fast‑paced retail or sales environment with high customer volume.
• Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service.
• Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and repeatedly lift up to 23 kg.
