About the role

Join the Nespresso boutique team in Burlington as a Coffee Specialist. You will act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge and enthusiasm for Nespresso coffees.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store targets through upselling and coaching sessions.
• Participate in daily briefings to understand objectives and deliverables.
• Promote Nespresso’s sustainability mission by educating customers.

Required profile

• Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and the Nespresso brand.
• 1‑2 years experience in a fast‑paced retail or sales environment.
• Proven excellence in sales and customer service.
• Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand all day and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
