Campus Recruiter (Bilingual)

About the role

The Campus Recruiter (Bilingual) partners with business leaders to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract top university talent. You will advise on sourcing, recruiting, and change‑management initiatives while ensuring alignment with BMO’s broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert counsel on talent acquisition strategies across multiple business groups.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting solutions for complex roles.
• Conduct industry and trend analysis to identify emerging talent opportunities.
• Lead change‑management activities, including readiness assessments and execution plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Design, deliver, and monitor internship and co‑op programs, handling logistics, communications, and participant management.
• Gather, analyze, and report recruitment data through dashboards and ad‑hoc reports.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and business strategy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous tasks.
• Effective communication skills in both English and French.
