Business Development Representative

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and is expanding its Canada team. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for dental practice prospects, helping to fill the top of the sales funnel during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to a wide range of dental practice prospects via email, phone, and creative outbound channels.
• Track all sales activities and manage leads using Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Overcome objections, articulate Dandy’s value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional sales experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated success with cold‑calling and outbound prospecting, preferably targeting SMBs.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
• Proven academic and professional track record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
