Business Development Manager

About the role

Restoration Mate, a rapidly expanding property restoration company serving Ontario, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its network of property managers, insurance professionals, brokers, adjusters, facility managers and commercial property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, brokers, consultants and commercial clients.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling and client meetings.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and referral partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations and provide weekly activity and pipeline reports.
• Track sales activities, leads and opportunities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent client service and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in restoration, insurance, construction or property management is preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and hold a valid driver’s licence with reliable transportation.
