Bull Crew Coordinator

About the role

The Bull Crew Coordinator ensures that construction sites are clean, safe, and ready for daily activities. Working across multiple locations in Ontario, you will coordinate site setup, maintenance, and emergency response while supporting subcontractors and the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain sites in a clean and organized manner, including road cleaning, dust control, and surface preparation.
• Travel between construction sites to provide consistent coordination and support.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence and compliance with safety protocols.
• Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
• Respond to emergencies to maintain site safety and continuity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to keep projects on track.
• Perform additional duties that promote teamwork and collaboration.

Required profile

• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s licence.
• 3‑5 years of experience in construction, industrial, or logistics projects.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (experience may substitute).

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction processes, material handling, and site preparation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
