Boutique Team Leader – Sherway

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Boutique Team Leader for our Nespresso boutique in the Sherway area. The role combines brand ambassadorship, operational excellence, and driving sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Debrief the team on key objectives and deliverables each shift.
• Analyze KPI reports and coach team members to meet performance metrics.
• Maintain effective communication with store management and staff.
• Create a positive brand experience for customers and stakeholders.
• Balance administrative duties with front‑of‑house customer service tasks.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, sustainability and a desire to deepen knowledge of Nespresso products.
• 2‑3 years of sales‑driving experience and team leadership in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Proven ability to understand and influence key performance indicators.
• Strong time‑management and analytical capabilities.
• Physical ability to stand all day and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
