Entry Level Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy meeting new people and want their performance to drive their success. As an Entry Level Sales Representative you will represent one of Canada’s leading telecommunications brands, engaging customers and developing sales, communication and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with customers to create connections and present product promotions.
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions and handle objections to turn conversations into sales opportunities.
• Set personal sales goals, track performance and strive to exceed targets.
• Develop sales and leadership abilities through mentorship and on‑the‑job training.
• Represent the brand at events such as the CNE, Montreal Grand Prix and community festivals.

Required profile

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, competitiveness and willingness to learn.
• Any experience in retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, customer service, volunteering or leadership is an asset but not required.
