Beauty Advisor – Luxury Cosmetics

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew as a Beauty Advisor for the Chantecaille brand, delivering exceptional service in a high‑end retail environment. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent a prestigious luxury cosmetics line.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and regular follow‑up.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and assist in visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand performance.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods regarding events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
