Banking Strategy Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Banking Strategy Manager to lead transformation projects for leading banks and financial institutions. You will work closely with senior client leadership to design and execute strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of banking strategy projects, producing road‑maps and change‑management plans.
• Collaborate with client senior leaders to define business, operating‑model and technology transformation agendas.
• Provide quantitative analysis, research and insight generation to support strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the Strategy team.
• Contribute thought‑leadership content and represent Accenture in professional forums.
• Travel to client sites as required, typically Monday‑Thursday.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting experience at a Tier‑1 firm or equivalent internal strategy role.
• At least 4 years of experience working with banks, capital‑markets or payment institutions on business‑technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment.
