Associate Creative Director, Copy - Pharma

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy – Pharma to lead copy strategy and execution for life‑science brands. The role combines deep oncology knowledge with a passion for turning clinical data into compelling, approvable messages that resonate with healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee copy for multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with brand strategy.
• Translate clinical product information and prescribing data into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Collaborate with art directors, strategists, data analysts and performance marketers to produce integrated content.
• Lead the creation of innovative content for emerging media and health‑tech platforms.
• Manage MLR review processes and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Mentor and supervise copywriters, fostering their growth and performance.
• Present concepts and deliverables to clients, handling feedback and revisions.

Required profile

• Extensive copywriting experience in the life‑science or pharma sector, particularly oncology.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive messaging from complex data.
• Proactive, self‑motivated leader comfortable with both strategic and hands‑on execution.
• Experienced in MLR review cycles and regulatory environments.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
