About the role
Join Mondelēz International’s dynamic snacking business as an Associate Brand Manager for the CLIF portfolio. You will work with cross‑functional global and regional teams to execute brand strategy, drive sustainable growth, and support profit‑and‑loss management.
Key responsibilities
- Implement brand strategy aligned with the brand vision and business objectives.
- Develop product, packaging, and pricing initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communications and media plans.
- Provide recommendations for commercial plans and monitor performance against revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate on new product development and platform opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management, preferably in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creative commercial acumen.
- Ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders and present compelling stories.
- Project‑management experience from concept to completion.

What we offer
- Base salary range $76,800 – $96,000 CAD per year.
- Target bonus of 8% with over‑achievement potential.
