Assembler – Window & Door Production

About the role

As an Assembler you will work on a dedicated production line to build high‑quality windows and doors. You will collaborate with teammates to meet strict standards for quality, efficiency and safety while enjoying hands‑on craftsmanship in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as saws, cutting tools, impact drills and rivet guns to fasten components in the required sequence.
• Identify and report materials or welds that do not meet quality requirements.
• Clean welds on corners according to quality specifications.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area free of clutter, dust and waste.
• Load, unload and move products manually or with basic material‑handling equipment.
• Track inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock.
• Follow work orders and meet production deadlines while ensuring safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Comfortable working with both metric (mm) and imperial (inches) measurements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Experience working in a diverse, multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with saws and other cutting tools.
• Experience using impact drills, rivet guns and other hand tools.
• Knowledge of measurement and verification methods.
• Basic operation of material‑handling equipment.
• Familiarity with computer applications used in manufacturing processes.
