Architectural Technologist – Technical Lead

About the role

This position is ideal for a well‑rounded Architectural Technologist who excels at detailing, design development, and producing construction drawings. You will contribute to a variety of high‑end residential, multi‑family, mixed‑use, commercial, hospitality and First Nations projects, with the potential to evolve into a technical or project lead role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input on design development, production, and detailing.
• Create full working drawing packages, construction documents, and development permits.
• Prepare submittals and tender documentation.
• Assist with contract administration, city liaison, and client coordination.
• Collaborate across sectors and support senior team members.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Interior Design Technology.
• 6–20 years of industry experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Architectural detailing and drawing production.
• Construction documentation and permit preparation.
