Architectural Building Envelope Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Building Envelope Coordinator will support the delivery of façade and building envelope works for the Ontario Line South project. You will work across design, procurement, fabrication, installation and close‑out to ensure systems are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications and performance criteria for curtain wall, glazing, cladding, louvers, terracotta and aluminum composite panels.
• Log, track and follow up on technical façade submissions, RFIs, design clarifications and queries from subcontractors.
• Coordinate approvals and ensure timely issuance of construction‑ready façade documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager with façade‑specific change orders and design‑related variations.
• Prepare and monitor façade procurement packages, including glass, aluminum, anchors, fixings, sealants and accessories.
• Review supplier and fabricator progress reports against approved schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating façade or building envelope projects in a construction environment.
• Strong ability to work with designers, suppliers, fabricators and site teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety and contractual compliance.
