About the role

Join The Arborist Store, a specialist retailer for tree‑care professionals, as an Arborist Warehouse & Retail Associate. You will split your time between the warehouse and the sales floor, supporting inventory operations while advising customers on technical climbing and rigging gear.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store incoming arborist equipment such as ropes, harnesses, rigging gear, and PPE.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safe, efficient warehouse conditions.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders for professional customers.
• Replenish stock and keep retail displays clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist arborists, climbers, and contractors with product selection, offering knowledgeable advice on equipment use and care.
• Process sales transactions and handle returns, troubleshooting, and basic equipment inquiries.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as an arborist, climber, or tree‑care professional (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with climbing gear, rigging equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate with industry professionals.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Passion for the arborist industry and willingness to keep learning.
