About the role

We are looking for an AI Evaluation Specialist to join our remote team on a flexible, hourly basis. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI‑generated content by providing thorough, evidence‑based feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated responses for accuracy, logical consistency, and clarity.
• Write detailed, structured feedback that highlights reasoning gaps, implicit assumptions, and logical flaws.
• Apply standardized evaluation guidelines consistently across diverse tasks.
• Document clear rationales that go beyond surface‑level observations.
• Maintain unbiased, high‑quality assessments while adhering to project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from a top‑ranked university.
• Native‑level English proficiency with excellent written communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and critical reading abilities.
• Ability to work independently, follow structured guidelines, and avoid using AI writing tools.
