About the role
We are seeking a Service Officer III to join a leading client in Toronto in a hybrid back‑office processing role. The position focuses on high‑volume, accuracy‑driven data entry and verification within a structured, process‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and process data using internal systems and tools.
- Review, approve, and audit source documents such as reports, checks, and records.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies submitted by staff.
- Maintain activity logs for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Meet productivity and accuracy metrics using performance tracking tools.
- Manage workload independently and provide timely updates to team leads.
Required profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data processing or banking (5–7 years preferred).
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
- High school diploma or GED.
Required skills
- Data entry with speed and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
