Account Representative – Field Sales (Northern Ontario)

About the role

Join 3M’s Personal Safety Division as an Account Representative responsible for field sales across Northern Ontario. You will work directly with end‑user customers, channel partners and internal teams to drive growth and promote innovative safety solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales within the territory covering Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Timmins and surrounding areas.
• Deliver training presentations and product demonstrations to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on market research, new product launches and promotional projects.
• Maintain product and regulatory knowledge through self‑study and corporate training.
• Utilize a company vehicle for travel, subject to pre‑employment motor vehicle checks.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least 10 years of sales/marketing experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
