Account Manager – Fastener Industry

About the role

AFC Industries is seeking a motivated Account Manager with at least five years of experience in the fastener industry. The role focuses on managing existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage on‑time delivery and quality metrics for customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and support team initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in the fastener or fastener distribution industry.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and enthusiastic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system.
