Account Executive – Courier & Logistics Sales

About the role

ICS Courier, a leading Canadian courier and logistics provider, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships across Ontario and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will identify customer needs, present tailored courier solutions, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and cold‑call to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service adjustments, and escalations.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess needs and uncover growth opportunities.
• Present customized courier solutions and negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within courier, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within Quebec and surrounding areas as needed.

Required skills
