Territory Account Manager – Independent Pharmacy Sales

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Director, National Independent Sales, the Territory Account Manager will promote Kohl & Frisch Limited’s pharmacy programs to independent retail pharmacies across Ontario, driving market share and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new independent pharmacies, creating and renewing PMAX and PharmaFlex agreements.
- Provide ongoing recommendations to increase market share and advise customers on program options.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in Salesforce.com and monitor compliance, profitability and purchase metrics.
- Track secondary accounts for growth opportunities and ensure minimum volume thresholds are met.
- Maintain a consistent call cycle across the territory and report on lead progression.
- Contribute to the design and execution of retail customer programs and share market intelligence.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling generic pharmaceuticals, wholesale services or banner products to independent pharmacies.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy reimbursement models and banner/program structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, business acumen and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
Required skills
- Salesforce (Salesforce.com) experience.
