About the role
Insight Global is looking for a polished and highly organized Office & Showroom Administrator to support a premier design‑focused showroom in Toronto. The role ensures a high‑end environment and delivers a best‑in‑class guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the showroom’s presentation standards through daily walkthroughs, resetting meeting spaces, and managing cleanliness and ambiance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome, coordinating arrivals, and supporting hospitality needs such as refreshments.
- Handle administrative duties including calendar coordination, Salesforce updates, sample and inventory tracking, and supply management.
- Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and assist with shipping and receiving to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, hospitality, or client‑facing role.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for maintaining presentation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or other CRM) proficiency.
What we offer
- 3‑month contract with an hourly rate of $30‑$36.
