Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team at our Brampton office. In this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers while supporting the growth of our logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements, source candidates and manage the interview process from screening to offer extension.
• Utilise our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, social media and other sourcing tools to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop selection criteria and craft interview questions.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and in‑depth interviews, assessing skills, cultural fit and alignment with company values.
• Prepare and extend offer packages and coordinate seamless onboarding with HR and hiring managers.
• Support HR projects, advise managers on recruitment best practices and employment legislation, and represent the company at career fairs.
• Maintain and update job descriptions, recruitment policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to stay current on market trends and recruiting technologies.
