Store Operations and Talent Manager

About the role
Sephora Canada is looking for a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead people and operational functions at the Bramalea City Centre location. Reporting to the Store Director, you will ensure the store runs smoothly while attracting, developing, and retaining top beauty talent.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct final interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle for all store positions.
- Develop and execute the store’s training strategy in partnership with Education partners.
- Create weekly schedules, approve time‑off requests, and oversee payroll compliance.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance improvement processes.
- Maintain operational excellence by supervising inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, tester control, and cycle counts.
- Monitor sales performance, staffing levels, payroll, and controllable expenses to drive profitability.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer‑service environments.
- Proven experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store roles, including leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, and payroll processes.
- Ability to lead a team of Department Leads and Beauty Advisors.
