About the role
The Durham Catholic District School Board is seeking qualified Junior and Intermediate Elementary Teachers for a permanent, full‑time posting effective August 27, 2026. At least five positions will be filled, with the school location to be announced.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess curriculum for Junior and Intermediate elementary grades.
- Create inclusive learning environments that reflect the diversity of students, staff, and the community.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support student success.
- Develop and share a division‑specific lesson plan as part of the interview process.
Required profile
- Current certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers.
- Specific Junior/Intermediate elementary teaching qualifications.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the values of the DCDSB.
