About the role
The Office Clerk for the Heavy Vehicle Division provides essential administrative and clerical support to keep daily operations running smoothly. Based in Mississauga, ON, the role works closely with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure accurate record‑keeping and efficient communication with customers and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and process incoming goods in the Karmak system.
- Review and verify employee time records for accuracy.
- Monitor and reconcile purchases, customer billing, accounts, and daily cash transactions.
- Process supplier payments and prepare bank deposits.
- Generate and compile sales reports as required.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Required profile
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using the Karmak system.
