About the role
Artelia Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its engineering projects in Mississauga. You will ensure smooth document flow, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain high‑quality administrative standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical drawings, document submissions, and electronic document management systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver project documents on schedule.
- Format and proofread technical reports, service offers, quotations, and administrative documents.
- Perform data entry across tables and databases.
- Review tender and contract documents and attend start‑up meetings as needed.
- Handle routine clerical tasks such as answering calls, managing office inventory, and other day‑to‑day office duties.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering firm.
- Relevant administrative training (DEP, AEC or DEC).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
