K-12 Math Curriculum Coordinator (Permanent)

About the role

The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario is seeking a dedicated K-12 Math Curriculum Coordinator to lead mathematics curriculum development and support across all grade levels. This permanent position starts September 1, 2026 and offers a salary in line with the collective agreement, including a coordinator allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver job‑embedded professional development for teachers.
• Lead the implementation of high‑impact instructional practices at Tier 1 and Tier 2.
• Coordinate the Tiered Mathematics Intervention Framework and ensure alignment with Growing Success assessment policies.
• Collaborate with school teams and board leadership to promote inclusive instruction and early intervention strategies.
• Travel to rural schools to provide on‑site support and coaching.

Required profile

• Valid Ontario College of Teachers certificate with Primary/Junior division qualifications.
• Primary/Junior Mathematics qualifications; intermediate or senior qualifications are an asset.
• Knowledge of Special Education Part 1, universal design for learning, and differentiated instruction.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in curriculum planning and teacher development.
• Valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with assistive technology platforms.
• Experience using CDSBEO digital licenses to support student achievement.
