About the role
The HR Manager – Home Office partners with specific Home Office departments and client groups to foster a high‑performance culture. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role provides strategic HR partnership, ensuring effective delivery of core HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning, and total rewards.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business and people leaders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Provide guidance on people plans that support client‑group strategic decisions.
- Lead communication and change‑management initiatives for business projects.
- Interpret market trends and business strategy to deliver talent‑related insights.
- Support organizational design and operational model changes, assessing talent impact.
- Leverage people analytics to identify risks, drive insights, and enhance culture and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver recruiting, onboarding, performance, development, and total rewards processes.
- Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives across assigned client groups.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR business partner or manager in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong ability to influence and communicate with leaders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and change management.
- Analytical mindset with experience using people data to drive decisions.
- Capability to support organizational design and operational changes.
