HR Business Partner & Manager

About the role

Financeit is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the heartbeat of its people operations. Reporting to the VP of People Success, you will bridge leadership strategy with employee experience, driving a high‑performance culture while ensuring flawless HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers on tough conversations, team building, and leadership growth.
• Design, implement, and roll out formal leadership development programs across all levels.
• Lead the annual Job Effectiveness Plans and performance review cycles.
• Analyze people data to uncover turnover, engagement, and culture insights for strategic decisions.
• Partner in talent reviews and succession planning to build an internal leadership pipeline.
• Own employee engagement surveys and create actionable improvement plans.
• Craft internal communications such as town halls and announcements to reinforce culture.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations with professionalism.
• Oversee health and safety programs, policy reviews, and compliance training.
• Mentor and develop the HR Generalist, ensuring high‑quality HR operations.
• Provide oversight for payroll and benefits processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience turning people data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
• Experience managing compliance programs, health and safety, and policy governance.
