District Manager – Membership Sales

About the role

Fitness World is seeking a District Manager to lead its Membership Sales team across the Greater Metro Vancouver area. This full‑time, permanent role involves daily travel, overseeing multiple gym locations, and ensuring new members receive a welcoming, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop General Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Design and execute membership sales strategies based on market trends.
• Maintain operational excellence across locations, including child‑minding, member services, and cleaning standards.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs for acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultative sales and team leadership.
• Strong experience in managing multi‑site operations within the fitness or related industry.
• Passion for health and fitness with a focus on member success.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
