About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the welcoming face of the Leamington branch. This part‑time position focuses on delivering personalized service, helping customers meet their financial goals, and promoting digital banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service throughout their banking journey.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
- Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and support self‑service options.

Required profile

- Flexible availability to work a 15‑hour weekly schedule.
