Community Manager (One-Year Contract)

About the role

Haven Studios is seeking a proactive Community Manager on a one‑year contract to drive its communications strategy and nurture its growing player community. You will be the voice of Haven, shaping how the studio connects with media, partners, employees, and gamers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute awareness campaigns to attract talent and generate buzz for Haven’s upcoming AAA multiplayer IP.
• Manage all social media channels and the studio website, creating a content calendar and producing engaging posts.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, articles, speaking notes and briefing books.
• Support leadership, recruiting and HR in building a strong employer brand.
• Act as spokesperson for the studio and its games, providing timely feedback on KPI performance.
• Plan and coordinate internal events and initiatives that reinforce studio culture.

Required profile

• Proven success in a communications or community‑manager role within the games industry or an agency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English, with strong storytelling ability.
• Deep understanding of integrated earned and social media campaigns.
• Positive, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
• Content‑calendar creation and website (CMS) management.
• Setting, tracking and reporting social‑media and communications KPIs.
