Business Development Representative – Outside Sales

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new clients within the assigned territory.
• Qualify opportunities, create and pitch value propositions, and compete in bidding processes.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business while ensuring long‑term partnerships.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, meet and exceed sales targets, and achieve new‑business goals.
• Network with real‑estate and property‑management stakeholders and represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Honest, competitive, open to coaching and strategic thinking.
• Customer‑service oriented with a drive to build lasting partnerships.
• Proven record of sales achievement in a similar role; experience in fire protection is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, sense of urgency and ability to handle rejection.
