Accountant – Luxury Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Porsche Centre Edmonton, a leading luxury automotive dealership. The role offers a fast‑track career path with mentorship and the chance to influence the dealership’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Post new, used, wholesale, dealer trade and fleet vehicle transactions.
• Maintain clean schedules and ensure accurate financial data.
• Reconcile factory program accounts to capture all owed revenue.
• Enter vehicle invoices into the CDK system with speed and precision.
• Calculate and process sales commissions on time.
• Support the sales team by maintaining performance tracking schedules.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
• Support fiscal year‑end audit working papers.

Required profile

• Strong attitude and willingness to learn, regardless of prior dealership experience.
• Comfortable using advanced Excel functions such as V‑Lookup and X‑Lookup.
• Ability to handle paperwork quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional, collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to varied tasks.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (V‑Lookup, X‑Lookup, other functions).
• Experience with CDK dealership management software.
