Operations Officer III – Financial Services (Bilingual French)

About the role

The Operations Officer III provides day‑to‑day operational support in a fast‑paced financial services environment. The position focuses on executing complex transactions, reviewing credit documentation, issuing funds, and collaborating with internal partners while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex transactions and overrides within established SLAs.
• Review credit fulfillment documentation and process funding requests.
• Escalate operational or processing issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Support inbound and outbound requests from internal stakeholders.
• Analyze process drivers, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data.
• Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate on ad‑hoc initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of banking or financial services operations experience.
• Experience working in SLA‑driven, routine, and repetitive environments.
• Proven ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Post‑secondary degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
